With over 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, sovereign clients, and emerging industry leaders, Laura's expertise spans international finance, trade policy, energy, agriculture, and national security. She has led major advocacy initiatives involving cross-border asset recovery, sovereign debt, and global tax strategy, engaging with high-level officials at the U.S. Department of Treasury, the House Ways and Means Committee, and the House Financial Services Committee.

As Principal of Lycos Magnus, Laura leverages deep relationships within the White House, the National Security Council, and key congressional committees to shape policy outcomes and drive strategic engagement. Her firm specializes in high-stakes diplomacy and financial services advocacy, including sanctions navigation. Throughout her career, Laura has built bipartisan coalitions, negotiated international agreements, and structured policy and incentive frameworks including tax credits, sovereign incentives, and municipal bond strategies.
